Full Refunds: We're committed to your contentment. Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, related to the nature of our skincare products, partial refunds of 50% will be granted for used items. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
